Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work with 3rd party on daily operations, ensure receiving, put away, packing and shipping operation smoothly.
2. Supervise Psoft, E-logistics, Scanning and Form System operation and maintenance, make sure all hardware and software system can be fully run.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audit to warehouse temperature and humidity control;
4. Safety audit and carry out 5S to keep workplace clean and tidy;
5. Be responsible for SLC warehouse supervision, ensure full compliance to warehouse procedure, policies and regulations;
6. Assure data accuracy in PeopleSoft, Warehouse Management System and TA systems.
7. Be responsible for cycle count and physical count, ensure accuracy in systems and physically.
8. Be responsible for MSR, RMA, Holding, Firesale, HS code,etc, that’s no daily job but necessary for SLC.
9. Be responsible for communication with Planning, CSR, Logistics and Subcons on SLC space, receiving and shipping.
10. Manage and problem solving for inbound and outbound customs process.
11. Provide orientation and on job training if any new systems, new operations procedures
12. Be responsible for evaluate 3rd party’s performance.
13. Provide related warehouse reports to logistics Manager and other departments;
14. Other tasks assigned by warehouse manager

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Familiar with ERP System, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; AS/RS experience is preferred
3. Good team leading, customer focus and communication ability.
4. Warehouse working experience background.
