Duties and Responsibilities

1. Dedicated resource to support Fab cross qual project to ensure project meeting with peak EON loading and tight schedule
2. Qual lots and customer sample testing including EON execution, data collection, sample selection, rel test support,etc
3. Final test yield analysis, failure analysis, root cause analysis and follow up improvement actions
4. Sort to FT guard band review, apple-to-apple(new vs. existing)data shift analysis, Cpk study
5. Generate test report, MRR report, core team meeting for project gating review

Qualifications

1. 2+ years’ product or test engineering experience of semiconductor device such as power discrete (BJT, MOSFET, IGBT, Diode), multi-chip functional power module, analog switch, PWM, power conversion IC, etc.
2. Familiar with C/C++ language programming and UNIX system operation will be a plus.
3. Good English communication skills including verbal and written
4. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different department and location.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, result/goal oriented and be willing to face pressure and challenge.
6. Bachelor degree or equivalent in EE, Micro-electronics, Automatic Control or relative specialty.
