职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Identify Annual HR planning to match with business expanding, arrange and control HR budget
2. Develop various recruitment channels, train recruiter’s researching skills for talents and perfect recruitment procedure to ensure "right person in right place"
3. Conduct talent development program for training system
4. Build up and optimize performance appraisal system, assist dept. manager execute monthly and annually appraisal program
5. Design C&B system. Analyze statistics from internal and external to perfect C&B annual proposal
6. Review and perfect the HR Procedure documents for better internal management
7. Assist other dept. manager to well understand and administrate HR policies and procedures
8. Daily management & coach in HR team for well running of all HR affairs
Requirement:
1. More than 8 years working experience in HR field
2. 3 years supervisory experience in a multinational company
3. knowledge in HR policies, HR practices, and HR-related laws and regulations
4. Knowledge & Practice in PC & HR information system
5. Knowledge in Human Resources Management
6. Communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
7. Good team player and strong leadership with highly problem solving skills
8. Fluent in English(oral and written)
