1 Design and manufacture
- jigs, fixture and tools (sheet metal stamping & bending tool, assembly tools)
- manual, semi-automatic, automatic assembly machines and production equipment
- machine layouts
- measuring equipment and gauges
2 Read the drawing
3 Advanced planing for the stamping
4 Operate the stamping machine and train other staff how to operate and maintain the stamping machine
5 Search and provide the related information about the stamping machine supplier and the tools makers.

Required qualifications
1. Technical school above in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, automation or similar
2. 5 years experience as stamping engineer of mechanical components/machines or chain industries
3. Experience in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and application of sensors
4. Knowledge how to design and manufacture the stamping equipments or related technologies
5. Experience how to operate the stamping machine and how to fix the normal problems of the machine
6. Experience how to design and make the progressive mold, especially in combine the stamping and the bending function in one tool
7. Good skills in Office-Software (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
8. Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method
9. Personality: Good team work, passion, stability and visionary thinking
10. English speaking is preferred.
11. Non smoker or can bear not to smoke during working times
