Ensure Internal quality be in control, and reduce the internal quality scrap.
Deal with the daily production quality issues, using the tools 8D to resolve issue.
Prepare in process and final inspection instructions, training IPQC and FQC & GP12 to ensure they are capable.
Monitor the internal quality performance, and reduce the quality cost. Dispose the non-conformance material make in production line.
Manage and arrange the QC & GP12 daily work.
Lead to implement the LPA in the production line, and follow the LPA issue until resolved.
Other tasks arranged by Manager.
3years related technical experience.
Technical University graduated, majored in Mechanical / Material Engineering
Familiar with TS Quality System.
Familiar with PFMEA and Control Plan
Use the 8D approach to solve the problem.
Analytical ability, fact-oriented, quick in understanding and problem solving, integer personality, responsible, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
Has passion and ambition and leadership ability.
