岗位要求

1.University degree
2.At least 2 yrs experience in a process or quality engineering role in the electronics or automotive industry; experience of process improvement; experience of project management (planning and implementation)
3.Use to working directly with customers
4.Team work
5.Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
6.Can use FMEA’s, SPC, DOE
7.Know ISO 9001, or QS 9000, TS 16949
8. Good sense of color

岗位职责：

1.Handle the new products process design
2.Successful implementation of class A& B new products
3.Ensure initial sample and PVR samples shipped to customer is to specification and correct quality standard.
4.Ensure progress of jobs through the process is planned and prioritized correctly.
5.Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to customer.
6.Communicate with NPD engineer/customers regarding new design finalization and process improvements.
7.Communicate and work with (Sr.) PM to ensure customers satisfactions.
8.Before new product handover to operations, finalize and ensure processes are efficient, effective and function in a safe working environment.
9.Other duties as requested.
