Job description:
1.Maintain site owned IS infrastructure in good status and IT Asset management
维护并保持本公司内部信息系统基础架构在良好状态及IT资产管理
2.Coordinate with Global IS outsourcing partner and act as POC for IT requests from site end users. Provide 1st level support to site owned IT device (exclude scope supported by IS outsourcing partner)
与IS全球外包合作伙伴合作，作为内部IT请求的接口，对公司内部拥有的IT设备（不包含外包商支持的设备）提供一线支持
3.Support systems from other departments (HR, Production, etc)
对其他业务部门的系统提供支持，如人事考勤，生产MES系统等
4.Liaise and coordinate with vendors to keep phone device, MFP, video conference system, CCTV, broadcast system and other integrated IT system running well and provide normal service to businesses
与供应商沟通并协调，以保证公司电话设备，多功能一体机，视频会议系统，监控系统，广播系统及其他IT集成系统正常运作，并为公司业务提供正常服务
5.Act as project engineer to work with IT Manager to support some IT projects/system go-live
配合IT经理来支持IT项目和系统的上线
6.Provide IT Manager required reports on time
按时向IT经理提供所需报告
7.Capability of IT English/Chinese technical documentation
具备IT技术文档化的能力（中文和英文）

Requirest:
1.Above 2 years IT support experience 2年以上IT支持经验。
2.College or above, computer related 计算机或相关专业大专及以上学历。
3.Experience to support Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2003 above version OS. 微软XP, Windows 7及Windows server 2003以上操作系统支持经验。
4.Experience of using IBM Lotus Notes (Not mandatory) IBM Lotus Notes使用经验(非必须)
5.IIS and Microsoft SQL Server support experience. Understand C/S and B/S model.IIS及SQL数据库服务器支持经验。理解C/S及B/S架构。
6.Familiar with Cisco technology and Juniper Netscreen product.熟悉思科技术及Juniper防火墙产品
7.Familiar with IT cabling.熟悉IT布线
8.Familiar with HP/DELL server products.熟悉惠普及戴尔服务器产品
