Requirement:
1. Bachelor with major at related mechanical engineering
2. Master with similar major is a plus
3. 8 years work experience at mechanical assembly industry
4. At least 3 years project management experience in one company which manufacture mechanical assembly product.
5. Lean production / process development experience is a plus.
6. Transfer projects experience from oversea company is a plus
7. APQP
8. Assembly process development
9. GD&T training certification is a plus.
10. PMP Certification is a plus.
11. Lean training certification is a plus
12. Good oral and written English, good at English communication.
13. Good leadership and communication, can control meeting in efficient way.
14. Assembly process knowledge
15. Transmission and axle knowledge is a plus.
Responsibility:
1; Lead function team to work out the cost estimation for new potential business to management.
2; Coordinate internal multi-discipline team activities through organized weekly reviews, regular reports, and communication across functional departments. identify resources to achieve goals.
3; Lead and ensure the implementation of program phase deliverables from design release to launch and PPAP final approval by weekly. Owner of project from KO to SOP+6.
4; Establish milestone dates and master timing plan of projects.
5; Lead global team covering all functions toward the program targets of timing & cost & quality & delivery. understand the proper escalating process when alerts are raised
6; Identify project risk and organize action plan to minimize the affect on project targets.
7; Ensure projects are organized according to company project management procedure, Organize phase review for the projects she/he is responsible for. Organize team to close all issues before going to next phase.
8; Be hands-on in technical solutions in engineering and product manufacturing. in charge of sample manufacturing and quality compliance.
9; Present project status report to company management and customer.
10; Lead and manage global communication for daily work of projects. Ensure good relationship among global team.
11; Support PMO management work on company project procedure set up and improvement. Execute project management process in China.
12; Other tasks assigned by management.
