Requirement:
1. Establish a team with solidary co-operation and efficiency
2. Establish a work system according to the company’s QS –system
3. Supervise the related persons to implement all of the regulations and rules
4. Provide the leadership and coordination to the team members and complete the work tasks on time
5. Support PE during APQP and PPAP
6. Technical supports to the related customers for new product development and project management
7. New product development, sample-making and customer services
8. Ensure technology transfer
Responsibility:
1. University degree in heat treatment or relevant
2. At least 8 years experience, prefer in automotive industry, stay one company min 3 years
3. Above 35 years old;
4. Quality understanding (TS16949, ISO 9001)
5. Team work ability
6. Good communicating skills with other department
7. Innovative, creative thinking
8. High accuracy and preciseness in interpreting and dealing with projects
