The working place is in Guangzhou
Main tasks and responsibilities
(1) Team leader who is responsible for the overall Management & Profitability of the Service Centre P+L.
(2) Managing Health & Safety issues; Contract Risk Management; Capacity Planning; Ensuring Product Quality is maintained / improved.
(3) Providing Technical Support; Ensuring On-Time Delivery.
(4) Handling Service Centre administration & reporting; Tendering and Submission of Quotations for Repairs & Service; Recommending & Ordering Spares & Consumables.
(5) Inspection on Repairs & Service work.
(6) Help in identifying new markets and business opportunities for the given region.
(7) Gathering market and customer information.
(8) Set up the infrastructure of the service centre.
(9) Recruit and train the Service personnel to run the service centre.
(10) Ensure service & repair order intake, sales, EBIT, ONCF & KPIs are on budget.
(11) Follow up and provide technical support to the service centre.
(12) Provides monthly overview report of the Service Business.
(13) To adhere to the company Environmental, Safety and Health policy and report any abnormal activities immediately to the ESH Manager.
Job Requirements：
(1) Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or relevant area.
(2) Sound knowledge of rotating equipments such as pumps, turbines, compressors, etc.
(3) Min. 5 years relevant working experiences and over 2 years in managerial position in a similar position. Experience in workshop operation is an advantage.
(4) Good spoken and written English and proficient at PC skills.
(5) Self-motivated, energetic and hard working. Good team work and coordination.
(6) Highly organized and ability to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time.
(7) Man management skills.
(8) Good verbal and written communication.
(9) Able to understand customer requirement and translate this into solutions which provides benefits to company.
