A world leading company is looking for a strategy sourcing director located at suzhou.

Key Responsibilities:

• source more stable and capability suppliers to internal customers to meet or exceed customer expectation
• negotiate with suppliers for material price, payment term and lead time to save yearly cost
• work with cross functions and Localization to control the investment budget
• leading and managing purchasing and indirect purchasing team, support site and global sourcing team.
• handling big volume materials, including mechanical / electrical / plastics / metal and so on
• compliance during the supplier sourcing and follow ISO9000 and PI Processes
  

Key Requirement:

• master degree or above, prefer major in Mechanical / Electrical or Logistics
• ten years' experience at least in various roles within procurement and cross-functional experience
• at least five years Management experience around 15 employees level
• ten years' employment in a foreign country at least and corresponding orientation and negotiation skills
• strong leadership and good influence skill, project / process experience
• fluent English
