KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Plan, control and report the POS Sales Integration and FootFall Tracking project progress and issues. Overall responsible of the delivery of the project.
?Interaction with Brands’ IT team and 3rd party IT vendor to define, build, test and deploy the integration project for Brands’ POS sales information and Footfall information.
?Facilitate the timely resolution of project issues, anticipate risks and act appropriately to make progress towards timely resolution of the issues.
?Provide guidance to project team
?Review project documentation and deliverables, ensure quality delivery
?Manage the support handover from the project team to support team

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

?Above 8 years working experience, with minimum 3-5 years IT project management and delivery experience, preferably Business Systems project delivery
?Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business or other related field
?Preferably with experience in retail business or retail systems
?Critical thinking and problem solving skills
?Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey information suited to the audience, verbally or in writing, in both Chinese and English
?Able to work in flexible hours, especially when dealing with brands with IT teams in other time-zone or during critical phase of the project
?Based either in Shanghai or Suzhou, able to travel and with minimum 50% of time in Suzhou
