Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Admin;

Minimum 3 years experiences in a recruiting function in Manufacturing companies;

Be familiar with local recruiting policies and Labor Law;

Good relationship with all kinds of recruiting channels and labor bureau;

Good English Speaking and Writing;

Having sense of interpersonal relationship and communication skills;

Having solid knowledge and hands-on skills on HR management

Good PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point;

Familiar with ISO/TS16949 system;

Good teamwork spirit.

Establish and improve recruiting policies, recruiting procedures and interview tools maintain an effective recruiting way which is based on cost consideration;

Implements company’s recruitment plan, conducts interviews and tests based on company’s needs to choose and recruit good quality employees;

Analyzes the reasons of employee’s fluctuation, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company;

Improve Job Description System and update related job information if there is any organizational change;

Coordinate leasing agency personnel management;

New hire on-board process handling;

Employment contract/ hiring/SPF formality handling;

Supplemental insurance handling;

Provide monthly or survey report regarding headcount, recruitment and fluctuation etc.;

Others tasks assigned by supervisor.
