Report to Deputy General Manager operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
1) Design and maintain all mechanical fixtures and toolings;
2) Work together with suppliers to manufacture the fixtures and optimize existing fixtures and toolings;
3) Responsible for daily maintenance and PPM of facility equipment and process equipment, including high purity chemical systems, gas supply system, waste water and waste gas treatment system, HVAC system etc.
4) Work together with engineering engineers on trouble shooting of process upsets, malfunctions and continuous improvements projects.
5) Maintain and plan all mechanical spares and consumables.
6) Maintain documentations.
7) Train maintenance technicians.

Qualifications Requirement
Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering, for example, mechanical machining, chemical mechanical or related major;

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
1) At least five years experiences of designing fixtures or mechanics for mass production lines;
2) Know good fixtures manufacturers, deep Knowledge about positioning and clamping and mechanical parts machining;
3) Good experience on installation of piping, equipment.
4) Project management experience is a must.
5) Problem solving tools, such as six sigma tools, Lean manufacturing are highly preferred.
