任职要求Requirements：

1. 本科或以上学历，工程专业优先，商业、经济、财务或会计专业优先；
Bachelor degree or above, major in business, economics, finance, engineering and accounting is preferred;
2. 2-4年相关工作经验，汽车或相关制造企业优先；
2-4 years of related work experience, automotive or related manufacturing enterprises preferred.
3. 工业/工艺工程、材料处理或产品工程4年工作经验，成本估算相关经验优先；
4 years working experience in industry /process engineering, material or product engineering, experience of cost estimation is preferred;
5. 熟悉机械产品工程设计或生产工艺知识；
Familiar with design of mechanical production and manufacturing process
6. 掌握良好的会计和财务管理知识；
Knowledge of accounting and financial management
7. 熟悉项目管理和控制的一般流程；
Familiar with the process of project control and management
8. 良好的英语书写能力和口语交流能力；
Good English written and oral communication skills
9. 熟悉工程设计及各类办公软件；
Familiar with engineering design and office software;
10. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

职位职责Job Description：
1. 分析产品成本用于报价；
Analysis cost of components for quotation
2. 确保用最新的工程更改、制造过程定义或经济假设更改更新成本BOM（CBOM）。有效发挥更改作用，协助实现项目的财务目标；
Make sure update the cost of BOM (CBOM) through recent engineering changes, manufacturing process definition or economic assumptions. Make sure the change effectively, and help to achieve the project's financial goals;
3. 不同产品设计、制造过程和经济假设之间的成本对标。为工程和运营团队提供成本改进建议。
Comparing the different product design, manufacturing process and economic assumptions. Provide suggestions of improving cost for engineering and operations teams
4. 使用针对性的成本方法开发内部/外部产品或制造过程的成本模型和成本比例。确保成本模型/比例定期更新，符合市场或内部现实情况
Develop cost model/cost ratio of manufacturing process for internal / external product . Make sure the cost model / cost ratio updated periodical and in line with market situation or internal reality
5. 支持产品规划、业务规划、工业化布局研究和其它战略规划活动
Support product planning, business planning, industrial layout and other strategic planning activities
6. 为相关部门进行产品成本估算培训。进行岗位辅导和现场研讨会，确保知识和技能的有效转移
Provide training of cost estimating for relevant departments. Provide Job counseling and on-site seminars, ensure transmitting knowledge and skills effective
7. 产品VA/VE分析
Product/components VA/VE analysis
8. 对项目成本控制员提供成本方面的支持
