Job duty:
1.BS in relevant eng. Lead the development and integration of project strategies for container group which may cross several disciplines; evaluate alternatives against agreed criteria. With team, select approach and appropriate level of risk and understanding full range of implications across the system.
2.Develop and implement new product/processes requiring development of technologies.
3.Plan and schedule technical project implementation.
4.Defining scope of work for functional team.
5.Manage, identify, hire, develop and recognize technical staff; Create and maintain employee and organizational development; as well as HR plans which meet business needs. Provide professional mentoring for technical staff including junior and senior associates.
6.Apply specialized knowledge in a creative way to a broad range of difficult problems.
7.Approve and submit proposals to Sr. Management. Responsible for preparation of project cost estimates up to multi-million dollar range. Manages and forecasts all project expenditures and cost tracking.
8.Responsible for policy setting and defining procedures for the staff in accomplishing and documenting projects. Assist in the development of overall engineering department policy.
9.Approve protocols and support documentation (engineering change requests, system change forms, etc.) in order to secure project release. Develop staff members to assume technical approver role.
10.Develop strategic resource plan from multiple global locations and engineering resources.
11.Engineering discipline, MS preferred, 10-12 years experience.
Requirements:

2.Must be well versed in engineering disciplines (e.g. fluid flow, thermodynamics, heat transfer, static's and dynamics, engineering materials). Must possess knowledge of related disciplines.
3.Knowledge of GMPs, FDA guidelines, purchasing practices and process validation.
4.Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience.
5.Ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
6.Ability to manage Baxter top projects, New Product development and Sustaining Projects simultaneously.
7.Ability to design and influence outside of immediate scope of responsibility.
8.Maintain industry contacts and be involved in industry interest groups.
9.Proven track record of management/leadership effectiveness.
10.BS in relevant engineering discipline, MS preferred, 10-12 years
experience
