Responsibility

1. Co-ordinate urgent in-bound/outbound shipments.
2. Coordinate closely with warehouse to resolve receiving and shipping problems.
3. Negotiating with the forwarders for the best possible shipping terms. Booking flights, preparing custom clearance documents and inform custom broker export instruction.
4. Co-work with warehouse and monitor bonded material inventory.
5. E-logbook system daily key in, maintenance and close timely when expiry. Apply import license, logbook, CCIB license etc.
6. Go through and prepare specification of 3C material for CCIB to get license.
7. Any other task given by supervisor
1. 负责与承运人及报关行联系，处理进出口急货。
2. 与仓库沟通，及时解决收货与出货问题。
3. 与货运代理公司洽谈以确定最佳出货方式。负责进出口订舱，准备报关文件并通知报关行。
4. 与仓库合作，控制保税料件的库存。
5. 手册的申请、核销，机电证，免表的申请。
6. 与国外厂商联系，为3C项目准备核查书。
7. 及时完成主管交办的其他事项。

Requirement

1. Doploma degree above of logistics or business trade major related;
2. 3 yrs above of logistics experience.
3. Good communication and negotiation skill;
