Qualification

1.College degree or above, major in HR, Administration Management, or related fields.
2.At least 2 years solid experience in HR function in multinational company, independent staffing experience is desired.
3.Good command of oral and written English and PC Operation.
4.Excellent knowledge of recruitment channels and selection techniques.
5.Customer oriented, team spirit and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6.To be able to work independently and under pressure.
7.Familiar with labor law and relevant SIP regulations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, on-boarding, and reporting activities.
2. Develop and promote use of current and applicable tools and techniques to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the recruits.
3. Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and standardized job descriptions for all positions
4. Ensure deployment of best practices in recruiting with a cost efficient and timely manner
5. Develop and implement effective and efficient lifecycle employment process, including induction, probation management, contract management, termination and exit process etc.
