MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Chemistry, Safety Technology
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an SHE Engineer worked for U. S. and European manufacturing plant.
Special Knowledge
1. Engineering or chemistry industry background is preferred
2. Certified Safety Engineer (CSE) qualification
Skill
1. Good English writing, communication
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Team player, working in a cross function team

Monitor SHE related legislative and corporate requirements, ensure those requirements are implemented and maintained at plant level.
Continuously review the site’s SHE programs and, where appropriate, adopt best practices that may exceed legislative and corporate requirements.
Maintain related Standard Operation Procedure to align with local regulation, corporate policy and facility practice.
Conduct risk assessment by adopting different tools and methodology, define required action and follow up closure.
Lead site emergency response team to perform emergency drill and training
Coordinate incident investigation and follow-up action implementation
Maintain all records and monitoring programs to achieve compliance with corporate and legislative requirements.
Communicate with regulatory authorities on SHE-related issues.
Work as assigned department partner, for support SHE related issue.
监测安全健康环境类相关法规和集团总部要求的执行情况，确保按照工厂要求的水平执行并维持。
持续审查现场的安全健康环境管理，适时采取最佳方式高标准的满足法规和集团总部的要求。
保证相应的标准操作规程符合当地法规要求，集团总部政策和工厂实际情况。
使用不同的工具和方法实施风险评估，制定必要措施并跟踪执行结果。
带领工厂应急救援团队，执行年度应急演练培训
协调组织事故调查，落实整改措施
保留所有记录并坚持执行监测程序以达到符合法规和集团总部要求。
和当地相关政府机关保持沟通。
作为指定部门的合作者，给予安全/健康/环境相关问题的必要支持。
