Responsibility:

1. Customer order management: Receive order from customer, register in ERP system, release order to internal relevant dept, and send order confirmation to customer.

2. Delivery control: Focus on the delivery schedule of all ongoing orders, secure all orders can be shipped out on time.

3. Payment follow up: AR confirm with customers and strictly follow up the overdue payment.

4. Reporting: Periodic customer and sales analysis and report to management

5. General daily task:

1) Maintain ERP system for “Sales and marketing” module

2) Daily correspondence communication with customers to handle enquiry, order, delivery, claim etc.

3) Customer visit and customer meeting arrangement



Qualification:

1. Fluent in Japanese, spoken and written. Documented travel experience in Japan is required.

2. Fluent in English, spoken and written

3. college education with major in: Japanese, English, international trade or other relevant direction

4. +2 years working experience as customer service/sales assistant

5. Strong customer focus and professional service minded
