Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate internal/ external audit, which including customer audit/ third party audit/ corporate audit and etc.

Maintain/ improve quality management system based on Suzhou plant characteristic and globle quality initiatives.

Collect and coordinate quality engineer to do analysis for quality performance date

As a trainer for some coures, such as quality awareness, quality tooles, 5S, etc.

Document control, which including drawing/ spec/customer requirement, WO drawing provision; system report provision; KPI track;

Implement and improve training system, including training plan initiation, training execution and assessment, including all function training, such as new orientation, on job training coordination, system training and special position training, etc; training record maintenance;

QA Lab issues, including equipment and gauge calibration, maintain, RoHS testing, coordinate with quality engineer to do SPC and doing GR&R based on GR&R master plan;

Production/ office 5S trainning/ execution/ audit etc;

As CCN system coordinator(Customer Corcern Notification) to deal with CCN issues from CCN, SCAR/CCAR/ICAR

Support 6 sigma issues

Other miscellaneous tasks by quality manager

Requirements:

More than 3 years experiences in quality management system maintenance;

Have rich knowledge for TL9000 and ISO 13485audit;

mechnical or electronic experience and knowledge will be preferred;

Have training management will be an assets;

Excellent coordinate and communication;

Good Team spirit;

Can-do attitude, be patient, can do work under pressure

Fluent English in reading, writting, speaking and listeing.
