As HS&E specialist, coordinate all health, safety and environment management system issues, include HS&E system set up and improvement, HS&E objectives & target set up, internal audit plan and conduct, management review data preparation, 3rd party audit, and all related actions follow up.

As Training Specialist, coordinate all departments to ensure training needs identified per gaps between JD and employees actual skills, knowledge & experience. Set up training plan and conduct training plan, verify training effectiveness and continue improvement training process.

HS&E specialist:
a)Maintain and improve HS&E (Health, Safety and Environment) management system.
b)Coordinate internal audit and 3rd party audit for HS&E system and follow up action plan.
c)Prepare HS&E system management review data and follow up action plan.
d) Maintain HS&E related regulation list
e) Keep all records for HS&E operation and measurement/testing.
Training specialist:
a)Involve in new project introduction---new projects operator and inspector training plan and training conduct, training records and certificate for DL.
b) New hire employees orientation training----new hire employees training plan and training conduct, training records.
c)Suzhou plant level training needs metrics set up, training plan for whole plant, quarterly training budget set up, training conduct, training records.
d)Internal training resource development and outside resource sourcing and agreement.
e)Other tasks from managers


Years of Related Experience: With a minimum of 5 years directly related experience with HS&E system maintenance
Professional Knowledge: University degree with engineering background and solid knowledge of HS&E (Health, Safety and Environment ISO14001), basic knowledge of ISO9001, and prefer knowledge for other system (such as TL9000 and ISO13485.
