任职要求：1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical;
2.More than 5 years working experience in R&D area, Familiar with mechanical products, processes and equipment;
3.Good spoken and written English;
4.Strong computer skills,Skilled in UG, AutoCAD, 3D modeling are highly preferred.

职位职责：1.Prepare product and solution development plan according to company strategy;
2.Implement product and solution development projects;
3.Conduct new product development projects from concept, product development, tool development, pilot runs and commercialization;
4.Work with manufacturing during the design stage to incorporate manufacturability into the product design;
5.Improve current products to meet customer demand, and improve production efficiency and cost reductions;
6.Create ECN, parts number, BOM, drawings, specification and other technical documents;
7.Provide close technical support, guidance and training to Sales and Customers.
