Job Responsibility:

1 Supervision and management of new building project; Pla n and execute installation of manufacturing machines. Work closely with the machine suppliers to identify the requirements and local support for the installation of such equipment.

2 Keep in close contact with the local government department, supervise the construction progress, and ensure that machine installation timelines and costs are met.

3 Supervise employees and outside contractors, who construct, maintain, and repair utilities, systems, buildings, and equipment through one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, manufacture equipments, and/or general maintenance.

4 Reviews public utility contracts before their execution, ensure that all local safety regulations are followed during the machine installations.

5 Set priorities and perform forecasting and allocate the resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

6 Manages production and/or distribution of steam, power, gas, and other utilities.

7 Evaluates and analyses machine downtime in order to adjust maintenance programs to ensure conformance with maximization of production capacity.

8 Establishes and maintains maintenance standards. Prepares maintenance programs for long-range economics.

9 Collaborates with other departments on problems concerning facilities.

10 Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.

11 Carries out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualification Required:

1 Project management experience necessary.

2 Advanced equipment management, facility management and maintenance skill.

3 Good communication and coordinate ability, good English both writing and spoken.

4 Strong management &communications capability, team spirit, problem-solving skills, project management practice; Emotional intelligent for high working pressure.

5 Bachelor Degree of mechanical/machinery/engineering/operation management, or higher in related fields.

6 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing environment.
