职位描述
一. 主要职责描述 Key Service
1.能有效解答产品,工艺以及服务相关问题,从而吸引潜在客户和现有客户;给客户提议可实施的问题解决方案
Attracts potential and existing customer(s) by answering product, process and service questions; supporting and suggesting the customer(s) with potential solutions.
2.记录并维护客户信息,在产品系统中录入,跟进客户定单。
Open (by recording) and maintain (by updating) customer information data, as well as kick-off and monitor the customer order in the product process system.
3.处理产品以及服务问题,从而解决客户投诉;寻找问题根源;与产品相关部门合作,为客户找到最佳解决方案;跟踪确保问题有效解决。
Manage product or service problems by clarifying customer`s complaints; determine the cause of the problem; find solutions together with product related department for the best to the customer(s); monitor to ensure resolution.
4.诚实、正直并重视客户满意度。处理客户问题时,不断追求卓越。
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
5.根据生产计划情况回复客户定单交货期.
Confirm customer order delivery date base on production planners confirmed analysis.
6.跟踪定单执行情况, 确保准时交货,如有变更,及时通知客户。
Follow the order execute status, checking the date and qty, if have any change, should inform customer for confirmation.
7.分析客户需求和产品信息,准备产品报告。
Analyzing customer and product information and needs, as well as prepare customer or product reports.
8.根据销售部定单预测准备安全库存,准时发放生产单.
Safety stock planning and checking, release production order on time.
6.及时安排出货,每月统计准时交货率。
Arrange shipment per the schedule and report on time delivery rate monthly.
9.通过电话专业地解决客户问题。
Troubleshoot customer issues professional over the phone.
10.在遵守公司规范的基础上,确保客户满意度(同时维护客户和公司利益)
Maintain a balance between company policy and customer satisfaction (handle issues in the interests of both customer and company).
11. 完成部门经理安排的其它产品工艺链方面的工作。
Perform other duties which are related to the product process chain as assigned on time by OSC Manager.
二. 任职资格 Qualification
1. 教育背景 Education Background
专科以上学历
College graduation or above
2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
熟练使用电脑的办公软件 (尤其Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Advanced skills about and working with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
SAP或者同等ERP系统经验
SAP or equal ERP system knowledge`s.
具备制造业及产品知识
Manufacturing and product knowledge
具备客服和市场营销技能
Customer and market skills
能用中文和英语清楚、专业的进行邮件、电话或者面对面沟通.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing (Chinese and English) via Email, on the phone, face to face.
能有效处理问题、管控项目过程以及解决冲突
Problem solving, process managing and conflict skills
优秀的英语听说读写能力,英语六级以上
Good English in both speaking and writing,CET6 or above
3.工作经验 Working Experience
制造业3年以上跟单或客服工作经验,或曾就职于需要客服、生产背景的销售相关岗位。
3 years or above customer service experience in manufacturing industry or in sales related function with customer and production background.
熟悉SAP SD 模块优先录用。
Familiar with SAP SD module preferred.
