一. 主要职责描述 Key Service
1.新产品导入之项目管理Project management of new product introduction;
2.与客户作新产品的技术沟通及确认New products technical communication & confirmation with the customer;
3.带领工程团队完成具体的技术相关工作，如产品设计、工装夹具设计、工艺设计, 直至新产品首批量产获得认可Lead the team for detail deployment of the technical issues, like design of product, tooling, process, etc， till the FMP is qualified;
4.产品应用失效分析及改进Product application failure analysis & improvement;
5.现有产品之工艺及工装夹具改进Process & tooling improvement of the existing products;
6.报价单的工艺审核及准备Process verification & preparation for cost calculation.
二. 任职资格 Qualification
教育背景 Education Background
？ 本科以上毕业，机电工程专业University graduation, major in mechanical/electrical engineering
技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
？ 机电工程专业知识Good knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering;
？ 具有电碳行业工作经验者优先Working experience on carbon industry will be an advantage;
？ 具有良好的项目管理经验Good project management experience;
？ 具备统计工序控制,正交实验等知识Good SPC, DOE knowledge;
？ 熟练运用Solid work及有SAP经验Skillful at Solid Work, experience of SAP;
？ 英语口语流利Fluent oral English　
？ 了解工业工程知识IE knowledge　
？ 熟悉金属机加工知识Metal machining knowledge
？ 相关行业标准知识及有TS/16949/ISO9001经验Knowledge of related industrial standards & experience of TS16949/ISO9001
工作经验 Working Experience
？ 3年以上制造行业工程经验At least 5 years engineering experience on manufacturing industry
