职位描述
一. 主要职责描述 Key Service
1.创建、变更并监控产品的生产工艺（产品工艺流程）——交期、产品流程、规划的完善
Create, change and monitor production product process (product flow process) – lead time, product flow, layout improvements
2.创建、变更并监控设备的工艺流程（设备工艺）——生产周期、操作和设置说明和培训、设备安全/安保完善、操作工人技能提升、设备/工具的再设计项目
Create, change and monitor machine process (process in the machine) – cycle time, work and setup instruction and training, machine safety/security improvements, machine-worker motion improvements, machine/tool re-engineering projects
3.创建并改善生产工艺/机具工艺（所有与生产相关的设备）——使用寿命、设计、成本、操作和设置说明和培训
Create and improve production/machine tools (at all production process related machines) – life time, design, costs, work and setup instruction/training
4.瑕疵品的原因分析和工艺改善（包括设备、工具、工艺等）
Root cause analysis and action plan for process related product defects (includes source of machines, tools, process)
5.物料清单（由应用工程师提供）、SAP数据的创建和维护
BOM (defined by application engineering), SAP data creation and maintained by process engineering
6.设计（由应用工程师和客户提供）、产品图纸的创建和维护
Design (defined by application engineering and customer), Schunk Production Drawing created and maintained by process engineering
7.SAP数据的创建路径（产品工艺流程）、完善和维护
Routing (product flow process) in SAP data creation, improving and maintained by process engineering
8.配合营运项目管理、新业务项目开发、规划变更和产品报价的相关工作
Support operation projects, new business projects, layout changes and production quotation
9.完成工程部日常工作
Perform a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations
二. 任职资格 Qualification
1. 教育背景 Education Background
a. 本科以上学历 Bachelor degree or above
理工科专业 Major in or Engineer & Science (Focus on: Machine Development [mechanical and/or control systems], Production Process)
2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
a. 熟悉 ISO9000 和 ISO/TS 16149
ISO9000 and ISO/TS16149 knowledge
b. 良好的沟通能力
Good Communicate skill
a. 熟练操作计算机
SAP (or ERP equal system) knowledge preferred
b. 精通AutoCAD & Solid work等工程设计软件
Skillful in AutoCAD &/or Solid work
c.熟知精益生产或西格玛知识者优先
Lean &/or SixSigma knowledge preferred
d.英语听说读写熟练
Good English skills required(business and technical English)
3.工作经验 Working Experience
a. 2年以上的制造业的经验
2 years working in manufacturing production process or machining departments preferred
机械设计相关工业工作经验
Mechanical machine design or relative industry experience preferred
