主要工作职责 Responsibilities

1. Establish, maintain and develop EHS management system for the company. Ensure EHS system is operated and maintained in accordance with local laws and the company policies. 建立公司EHS体系，并确保EHS活动符合相关法律法规要求
2. Coordinate and guide each department to establish and develop dept-specific EHS procedures and instructions. 监督和指导各部门EHS工作的开展
3. Establish company EHS target, assign EHS targets to each department and track record. 全厂EHS目标的设置，部门EHS目标的分配，实施监控记录
4. Regularly inspect and review workshops and offices in order to identify safety and environmental risks early in advance. 开展EHS的定期巡查巡检
5. Participate in accident/incident prevention, investigation and mitigation and initiate corrective actions; Work injure insurance claim. 事故的预防，调查，跟进和改进，工伤鉴定和保险金的申请
6. Organize, facilitate and provide safety training to ensure employees develop the necessary safety skills and knowledge to meet the company and regulatory requirements EHS相关知识的培训和宣传
7. Lead, and coordinate with internal and external EHS audit. Follow up EHS audit findings and get it closed in a timely manner. 领导和协调EHS相关审核，不符合项的跟进和关闭
8. Regularly reporting to the management about safety and environmental situation, risks improvements required and action taken. EHS事宜的及时汇报和反馈
9.Other tasks assigned irregularly. 其它相关工作。

任职资格 Qualification

1.教育背景及培训资历 Education Background：
-本科以上学历，医学或工业安全/职业卫生相关专业Bachelor degree with major in Chemical or Medical or Industrial /Occupational Hygiene related field
2.技能和知识要求 Skills and knowledge
- Strong commitment to EHS compliance and continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with plant staff, management and others
- Good EHS skills, influencing, getting work done through others
- Initiative, hardworking
- Good command of English, good computer skill
3.工作经验 Working Experience
Over 4 years of EHS working experience in a manufacturing environment
