Education: Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from four-year University or college.

Experience:Above 5 years experience in Test Engineering. BSEE or higher required. Strong background in digital electronics, including micro-processors, DSP and bus communications. Understanding of functional test equipment requirements and programming. Ability to program in a higher level language such as Visual Basic or Visual C++. Experience in audio and RF preferred. Should have knowledge of testing procedures. Must qualification: Ability to develop software base on NI platform(LabView;Lab Windows)

Other:Candidate must be a self starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent Chinese and Must be able to speak English as a second language. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Demonstrated ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


职位职责：

1. Reviews circuit board designs for testability requirements.
2. Supports manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
3. Prepares recommendations for testing and documentation of procedures to be used from the product design phase through to initial production.
4. Generates reports and analysis of test data, prepares documentation and recommendations.
5. Reviews test equipment designs, data and RMA issues with team regularly.
6. Directs engineering and technical personnel on operation of testing and test control apparatus and equipment.
7. Directs and coordinates engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, and reduce test data.
8. Optimizes conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.
9. Directs and exercises control over operational, functional, and performance phases of tests.
10. Perform moderately complex assignments of the engineering test function for standard and/or custom devices.
11. Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by test engineering and management personnel.
12. Develops or uses computer software and hardware to conduct tests on machinery and equipment.
13. Performs semi-routine technique development and maintenance, subject to established standards, including ISO and QS development standards.
14. May provide training in new procedures to production testing staff.
15. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
16. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
