Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree required in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Required Knowledge:
1.Knowledge on SMT
2.Knolwedge on mechanical products will be a plus.

Required Experiences
1.Three to five years related experience in acoustics or automotive environment, involve in SMT manufacturing and supplier quality engineering.
2.Must have a thorough understanding of measurement method, manufacturing processes, manufacturing equipment, statistical methods, and problem solving methodology, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality management systems.
3.Direct experience with suppliers required.

Ohters
1.Reasonable fit for frequent travel
2.Self-starter with minimum supervision

Responsibility:
1.Through the utilization of data-driven measurements that are clear and effective, statistical methods and tracking measurements:
- Identify new and high-risk suppliers on new programs.
- Drive supplier improvements in quality systems and performance.
- Perform risk analyses of new and high-risk suppliers on new programs.
2.Perform supplier site visits to assess supplier’s quality management systems, processes, and technical abilities.
3.Support purchasing team to preparing feasibility study of new component , and technical review with supplier.
4.Work with company manufacturing plants, engineering, and sourcing to resolve supplier problems.
5.Review supplier performance trend and drive continuous improvement
6.Review supplier problem solving activities and failure analysis reports, drive improvements in responsiveness and effectiveness.
7.Support suppliers PQIP/SQIP
8.Completes other related duties as assigned by the manager.
