1.College or above in mechanical or electrical engineering.
机械或电机工程大专以上学历。
2.6+years manufacturing experience and 4+supervision position with foreign company working background.The experience of rubber or plastic injection or Die cutting is plus.6年以上生产工作经验，4年以上在管理职位，必须有跨国公司工作经验。有橡胶、注塑、冲压行业工作经验的优先考虑
3.Proactive and good management skills，dare to facedifficulty&pressure, willing to solve problem instead of be asked.Good trouble shooting and problem solving skills.有很强的自我管理、组织能力，敢于管理，能够承担工作压力，本人愿意动手亲自处理问题。
4.Strong personality，goog interpersonal and communication skill
个性坚毅，具有良好的人际关系和沟通能力
5.Good skill of Microsoft Office，fluent in English and Mandarin.
熟悉操作办公软件，中英文说写良好。
6.Must be able to work in night shift in long term
必须能接受长期夜班的要求。
