Requirements：
1.With Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Chemical, Quality Management, etc.
2.At least 5 years working experience of quality in manufacturing industry
3.Experiences in automotive, rubber industry is preferred
4.Familiar with supplier management and lab works
5.Good communication in English and Chinese
6.Good team work spirit, cooperation, coordination skill, and troubleshooting ability
7.Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949 system & other quality tools
8.Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA,SPC, MSA,8D and Minitab
9.Strong computer skills; including data evaluation, statistical process analysis skills and presentation skill.
10.Familiar with six sigma tool and applications, Green belt is preferred.

Job description：

1.Lead green belt improvement project in process and conduct quality trainings in house.
2.Supplier control and management, conduct audit on the supplier to make sure supplier quality improvement and good products, make evaluation on supplier in monthly basis
3.Maintenance ISO 9001 and follow up the CAPAs are fully implemented
4.Dealing with customer complaint and 8D report draft, contact customers if needs.
5.Prepare the customer audits and improvements follow up
6.Support manager to maintain the process of QMS gap analysis and risk analysis/management, also lead the annual internal audit if needs.
7.Manage the Lab job and document control issues.
8.Conduct periodically training in house on quality knowledge
9.FAR/PPAP /GRR report verifying and related data analysis
10.Assist manager for other quality issues.
