Junior Tool maker

Report to Senior Tool Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Check out the new tools according to MCi Suzhou moulding machines''standard and issue the relevant reports for standardization;
2. Support Senior engineer on implementing the preventive maintenance according to the weekly plan;
3. Cooperate senior tool engineer to implement tool repair according to his proposal, especially for the repairs need machining machines like Lathe/grinding machine/ milling machine and so on;
4. Survey tool situation during production process at day shift. Especially for the tools with
sliders, support shift team to clean and add lubrication for the sliders regularly.
5. Responsible of 5S in tooling area and support senior engineer to manage the tools, especially, and responsible for daily maintenance for all machining machines;
6. Fill out necessary data in relative forms for tracking repair and maintenance for all tools, and follow up the result after repair and maintenance to make sure the repair & maintenance sheet closed reasonably;
7. Other duties as required.

Requirements:
1. Technical school or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or related;
2. At least 3 years moulding maintenance experience at injection moulding plant or 2 years tool maker experience at molds manufacturing plant.
3. Solid machining machines operation experience is prior.

模具技术员

直接主管：高级模具工程师

岗位职责：
1. 根据苏州工厂注塑机的标准验收新模具，并汇总相关报告对不符的模具提出标准化事项；
2. 根据高级模具工程师的周模具保养计划对模具执行预防性保养；

3. 配合模具高级工程师根据他的建议对模具进行维修，特别针对需要用车、铣、磨等机床进行加工的维修；

4. 稽核生产过程中模具的状态，特别对于带滑块的模具，需要协助轮班技术员拆装滑块进行保养（清洗平排气及加轮滑油）；

5. 负责模具区域的5S，并且协助高级工程师做好模具的管理。负责所有加工机床的维护保养；

6. 在相关的表格中记录必要的信息用来跟踪所有模具的维修保养历史， 并且跟踪维修保养后的结果确保模具维修或保养单合理的关闭；

7. 主管交待的其他工作任务。


要求：
1. 职业技术专科学校机械制造或相关专业；

2. 三年以上注塑工厂模具保养相关工作经验，或两年以上模具厂相关钳工工作经验；

3. 有过关的机加工机床操作经验者优先。
