主要职责Main Responsibilities：
- Securing high quality and on schedule production in all areas of the cells of production
he has under his responsibility
- Maintaining well the productivity, cleanliness and organization.
- Support SOP’s
- Make production records and minimize the scrap
- In charge of the setting and fine tuning of assembly machines and associated processes
- Responsible to validate the start of production
- Follow independently the corrective action for production problems and report to his
management
- Proposedrationalization possibilities and process flow improvements-
- Implementation of new procedures and measures to improve processes
- Very quality conscious and leading the product and processes evolutions with rigor.
- Safeguarding and improvement of production by taking into account occupational, health
and safety, quantities, quality, costs and deadlines.
- Planning and organizing the optimal deployment of personnel
- Managing, motivating and advancement of employees
- Implement and maintain a good 5 S level
- Manage the continuous improvement thanks to his deep Knowledge in assembly and
control processes
- Strategic planning and setting up production in co-operation with the Management
- Support the Management in planning of investments
- Able to deal with preventive maintenance to reach the automotive Quality targets
- In his mission he will be responsible to take care of application of all procedure and rules
link to safety and environment.
- Will work in Shift depending on the production requirement

任职资格Qualification：
- College degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- Sound knowledge and experience in assembly technology especially state-of-the-art
press fitting, pleating, glue curing methods/procedures as well as leak testing and control
technology Strong assembly equipment knowledge
- At least 10 years professional experience, thereof 5 years in a leading position in the
Production Division in an European, American or Chinese industrial company in the
automotiveand /orplastic engineering sector
- Firm knowledge in the application of modern communications technology (i.e. MS
Office, ERP SAP, )
- Fluent English will be a plus, read & write is mandatory.
