主要职责Main Responsibilities：
· An excellent Mechanical or Plastic Engineer who is motivated to follow up the construction of our new mold in China before they will be also exported to Europe and US.
· Responsible on the activity from Mold design to product improvement.
· In charge of the schedule, cost and quality.
· With an adequate experience in the Mold manufacturing.
· Able to follow up all the technical review with the mold maker to ensure our specifications are well respected, timing in the track and conduct with them all the trial till product improvement and final commitioning.
· Should be able to analyse any delay and take the appropriate action and countermeasure.
· Will conduct the mold improvement by a rigorous documentation and procedure.
· Organise the internal trial with SOGEFI plant before the tool will be accepted and send to our companies.
· Very quality conscious and leading the timing with rigor.


任职资格Qualifications：
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering.
* Around 5 years of rich experience in Mold maker Project managerment team or equivalent. Recognized for his expertise.
* Very good written and verbal communication skills and being able to work in an international working context.
* Should be able to analyse the mold drawing, specifications, equipment characteristics and to follow up all the mold trial and conduct the mold improvement.
* Good knowledge in injection molding for automotive parts (complex mold, hot runner, high performance raw material, sensitive products).
* Very good in organisation and timing plan.
* Able to deal with preventive maintenance to reach the automotive Quality targets.
* Able to deal with the Mold supplier and raw material supplier
* Have a good level on technical English and is able to translate technical document
* Strong design mindset and good 3D vision
* Knows and can use at least CAD software Autocad or equivalent
* Mold flow understanding and result interpretation for design optimization.
* Strong communication skills as well a good team player. Technically / conceptually sound in his domain.* Use to work with Microsoft and time schedule software
* Speak fluently English
* Will be responsible to take care of all procedure and rules link to safety and environment.
