主要职责Main Responsibilities：
A. Supplier Panel Management
1. Define with the Commodity Manager the Commodity Strategy, in accordance with the Group's
Purchasing Policy. This includes, the Quality, Cost, Lead Time & Innovation Group’s targets.
2. Ensure relevance and adequacy of the Supplier Panel with current and future needs,
3. Maintain technical and economical survey on that market, identifying the main cost drivers
(raw materials, salary, etc) involved in the price variations of the Commodity, follow and
anticipate the evolution of those drivers.
B. Budget and Productivity
1. Define actions (Negotiation, Resourcing, Technical Savings....) allowing to present a
Purchasing Budget in line with the performance objectives of the Group's Purchasing
organization,
2. Follow the evolution of those actions and manage the inclusiong of new actions, with the local
purchasing organizations and local technical teams, in order to ensure the Budget target will
be achieved,
3. Evaluate the Purchasing performance and report the results to the Commodity Manager,
4. Ensure the conformity of the Purchasing Process by applying strictly the Group's Purchasing
Policy.
C. Series Production
1. Establish and Manage the Purchasing Contracts (price and general & particular conditions)
avoiding Accounting, Logistics, Quality or any other disruption at the production sites,
2. Manage the products modifications in Series Production (drawings communication, quotation,
contract update),
3. Mobilize the suppliers to act in accordance with the Cash Management objectives defined by
the group,
4. Propose corrective plans for the suppliers not reaching the annual objectives.
D. Project
1. Define the Suppliers for each RFQ in his/her Purchasing Commodity in accordance with the
Purchasing Strategy
2. Support the economical negotiations until Supplier nomination for each project,
3. Ensure that the supplier nomination is in accordance with the Family Purchasing Strategy.


任职资格Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Min 5 years‘ working experience in OEMs or tier 1 suppliers
3. Fluent English both in oral and written.
4. Familiar with Steel Raw Material or Aluminium Die Casting
5. Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
6. Working location: Wujiang plant

索格菲（苏州）汽车部件有限公司在吴江有两家制造工厂，其中一家工厂位于采字路456号，主要生产汽车悬挂部件，产品包括稳定杆、扭力杆、螺旋弹簧等。这些产品专门用于汽车、轻型及重型商务车、工程机械和铁路机车。另一家工厂位于庞金路1028号，专业研发生产发动机系统里的进气系统、冷却模块、油滤模块等。索格菲苏州的主要客户包括世界著名的汽车和工业车辆制造商奔驰，宝马，奥迪，福特，雪铁龙等。
