Qualifications：
- Diplomat or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or plastic Engineering.
- Around 5-7 years of rich experience in Mold maker company as senior designer. Recognized for his expertise.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills and being able to work in an international working context.

- Should be able to analyse the mold drawing.
- Good knowledge in injection molding for automotive parts (complexe mold, hot runner, high performance raw material, sensitive products).
- Able to deal with preventive maintenance to reach the automotive Quality targets.
- Able to deal with the Mold maker and raw material supplier
- Strong plastic raw material knowledge & Mold equipments
- Mold flow understanding and result interpretation for design optimization.
- Use to work with Microsoft and used to make report
- Speak good English
- Will work in Shift depending on the production requirement

Responsibilities
- An excellent Plastic Injection Mold specialist who is motivated to follow up the trials of our new molds build in China before they will be exported to Europe and US.
- Responsible on the activity from trial to product molding improvement.
- In charge of the setting and fine tuning of the mold .
- Able to attend the technical review with the injection mold project Manager to make sure the trials will be efficient and proposed the corrective action to improve Mold reliability and performance.
- Should be able to analyse any molding issue and take the appropriate action and contermeasure.
- He will conduct the mold trials and improvement by a rigorous documentation and procedure.
- Prepare the external and internal trials with SOGEFI plants before the tolls will be accepted and sent to our companies.
- Very quality conscious and leading the design evolutions with rigor .
- In his mission he will be responsible to take care of all procedure and rules link to safety and environnement.
