Qualification:
? Bachelor degree, 3-5 working experiences
? Good communication skills
? Good English level
? Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
? Expenrience in SAP in sales and customer service function is a plus
? Self-disciplined, action and service oriented.
? Good attitude

Responsibility:

? Handle customer forecast and purchase orders acturately and to ensure the correct
information timely input in the SAP system
? Manage and understand the customers request regards to order and delivery needs
? Provides a high level of professional and competent customer service
and is able to communicate effectively with customers;
? Collect the marketing and customer information and do a basic analysis report
? Manage customers documentations and provide supports for sales KAM
? Coordinate well with logistic for ensuring the on time delivery
? Place purchasing orders to suppliers and follow up the goods arrival on time
? Closely cooperation internally with technical engineers, project manager, quality and production etc.

索格菲（苏州）汽车部件有限公司在吴江有两家制造工厂，其中一家工厂位于采字路456号，主要生产汽车悬挂部件，产品包括稳定杆、扭力杆、螺旋弹簧等。这些产品专门用于汽车、轻型及重型商务车、工程机械和铁路机车。另一家工厂位于庞金路1028号，专业研发生产发动机系统里的进气系统、冷却模块、油滤模块等。索格菲苏州的主要客户包括世界著名的汽车和工业车辆制造商奔驰，宝马，奥迪，福特，雪铁龙等。
