- Training Role:

- Leading for the cooperation with Dual-vocational education agency for dual-vocational educa-tion system running under HR manager and GM operations’ instruction.
- Leading for “Roechling class” training organize with Vocational College and school.
- Responsible for lead and organize technician level people (include production/IE/Quality) train-ing under the support of department technical specialist in the plant.
- Technical training system setup and maintain.
- Analysis overall technical skill level and make out training proposal for department, organize activities for the technical training and evaluation of the training effect.
- Make Annual dual vocational education system and technical training planning and budget, an-nual technical improvement effect evaluation.
- Other employee activities related training and assigned by superior
- Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in HR Resource or Business Admin.
- Good communication skill both English and mandarin
- 5-8 year work experience in injection molding environment
- Familiar with HR regulation and local policy.
- Good skill with employee training and development and employee relationship.
- Good planning and executive ability.
