Responsibility:

1:Customer order handling in SAP.Prepare customer contracts as cooperation with Sales

2:Maintain customer database including customer info,order entry,update delivery status and prepare documents required

3:Coordinate with production,to evaluate order processing feasibility

4:Handle Delivery Schedule and material supply based on customer's demand

5:Coordinate with sales,warehouse,QA and related department to identify and solve customer requests and problems

6:Deal with normal export issue,prepare customs clearance documents,etc,

7;Other assigned tasks in dept.

Required:

1:Bachelor Degree,at least one year similar working experience.

2:Good communication skills,Basic English is necessary.

3:Strong coordinating ability

4:Experience with customer service,Production planning experience is plus

4:Basic knowledge on logistics practice&SAP system or other ERP system

5:Customer-oriented.
