-For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Project Manager 项目经理_LP PM- 苏州西门子电器有限公司.

What are my responsibilities?

- Lead and organize a PLM / SCM subproject and / or entire project as Deputy Project Manager

- Communicate and track the project process with all relevant roles (divisions) within the SEAL

- Communication with the support team in Germany

- Coordinate the project tasks according the project plan

- Track the timeline, budget and technical issues

- Create the Feature Specification for new project based on the Requirement from PM

- Escalate critical issues in time and in an appropriate way

- Keep the contact to the related functions in the headquarter

- Take part in analysis, determination, correction and prevention of quality problems within the related projects

- Support the localization and other DTC measures

- Plan, assign, direct and supervise work, guide and train personnel, control goal achievements

- The actual list of SEAL competencies applies

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Bachelor and above in Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering

-At least 3 years of technical experience in both fields, mechanical and electrical design of low voltage products

-Experience in budget and time planning

-Experience for tool/mould designing, making and quotation

-Experience of at least 3 years in PLM / SCM projects and or research / product development

-Successful leader of one or more "C" projects in the area of low voltage products

-Good product application knowledge and basic knowledge in PLM Processes

-Good communication skills and team work spirit

-Fluent in English communication

-Good Office software skill, specially for excel and PowerPoint
