1. Arrange finished product delivery base on shipping instruction(printing delivery note),contact logistics company to arrange shipment

2. Tracing delivery status, inform custom service for goods transportation information

3. Update stock record timely with warehouse keeper to make sure stock qty be in accuracy

4. Customs declaration and commodity inspection, shipping

document preparation

5. Tracking import and export status and assist in applying for relative license and certificate of origin for export goods

6. Maintain IMEX log and file

7. Work with logistics team,warehouse,sales,CSR,finance

Technical and other departments

8. Keep well communication and relationship with Customs,CIQ and other related government office

9. Develop and maintain import/export system to ensure business needs are met

10. Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding goods declaration, transportation, (including hazardous materials). Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation/distribution

11. Negotiate contracts for import and export as required to enable effective trading ,operations.

12. Other duties as required

Education Background教育及相关资格

1.College degree or above. major in logistics management or international business is preferred.

Working Experience相关工作经验

Have more than two years working experience in the logistics field, especially in import and export.

Or qualification can meet company’s requirement although she is lack of concerning working experience

Technical Knowledge专业知识技能

1. Good command of English

2. Proficient in MS office such as execl,word,etc.

Familiar with related laws and regulations of customs,foreign trade as well as CIQ,associated with logistics activities
