职位描述
工作概述：负责客户设备的安装、调试、培训以及解决相关技术问题,确保客户能正常顺利生产，提高客户满意度。
工作职责：1、电话或现场解决技术问题；
2、处理问题部件，第一时间处理客户问题；记录问题的部件，并做相关分析并清楚条理编写相关的报告；
3、参加客户技术研讨会议，收集最新的信息及客户使用中出现的技术问题；
4、审核客户维护过程，.面对面处理客户服务问题；
5、就实地察看、修理非正常运行的设备并及时将问题通报相关负责人/部门；
6、协助销售部门，完成产品销售工作及上级安排的其他工作。
工作经验：1、从事该行业1年以上工作经验者优先考虑；
2、有自动点胶机，UV技术经验者优先考虑；
3、能力要求：创新、控制、分析判断、实践；
4、素质要求：团队意识、细致、责任心。
其他要求：1、能快速融入公司团队，积极认可公司文化；
2、正直诚信、 勤奋、主动积极、细心、有团队精神；
3、高度自发性和自律性; 有创造力，客户导向；
4、良好的人际关系及沟通技巧，展示技巧，动手能力，优秀的电脑操作技能。
