1. Job Summary

Responsible for the NPI planning, global planning projects, Process improvements..

2. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Attend bi-weekly NPI meeting, coordinate with NPI group to ensure the project readiness including capacity/material/qualification etc
2. Raise Risk Buy proposal and follow up for NPI projects
3. Coordinate with master scheduler to consolidate the NPI projects to mater schedule
4. Participate/Lead global planning project such as DDSC, Oracle re-engineering
5. Lead Planning process improvements
6. Fulfill the project assigned

3. Job specifications

1. Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Economics, Computer Science,
2. At least 4 years working experience with minimum 2 years projects based planning
3. Planning/Project management experience with fast growth international company, MPS experience is a plus
4. Sufficient ERP/MRP experience, Oracle is preferred
5. Good communication and influential skills.
6. Good initiative on process improvement.
7. Proactive on learning and improvement,
