1. Job Summary:
This is a position offering an excellent professional and career growth in a corporate program management position. In this critical role, the Copy Exact Manager will report into Site GM and be responsible to drive copy exact operating philosophy for the Suzhou Sisonic Operations. He or she will be dotted-lined reporting into corporate headquarters (AME Director) in USA for the Copy Exact Program. In this position, he or she will be working with their counterparts from other factory and development site to maintain and enhance this corporate driven operating philosophy.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for Copy Exact operating philosophy – establish systems and drive programs to engrain the Copy Exact into the factory operating culture.
2) Partner with counterparts from global sites to maintain copy exact process between factories.
3) Work together with counterparts to continuously enhance the systems and ensure the best known methods are continuous shared and proliferated.
4) Establish and create continuous audit of factory processes and equipment to ensure compliance to the established copy exact checklist.
5) Perform frequent x-site audits.
6) Participate in new product transfer to create a system that will ensure continuous optimization of the processes between the start-up factories are quickly maintained to be copy exact within a short time.

3. Job Specifications
1) Bachelor’s Degree in any technical discipline.
2) Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in plant audit with understanding of Process/Equipment or Quality Engineering in microelectronic components, semiconductor, and/or PCB assembly is preferred.
3) Experience in Copy Exact operating philosophy is an advantage.
4) Be willing to frequently travel domestically and internationally.
5) Must have good oral and written communication skills.
6) Software skills including MS Office and statistical analysis are required
