1. Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Work with commodity team and supply chain for new supplier sourcing, survey and selection. Evaluate supplier technical capabilities and quality system compliance status.
2) Responsible for supplier advanced quality preparation including special gage designing/ qualifying, inspection method improving, quality control planning , manufacturing process improving etc
3) Work with internal team for new material qualification process when there are new supplier sources, design optimization or supplier process change.
4) Educate suppliers of Knowles quality requirement and interface with suppliers on technical/quality issues and improvement activities.
5) Coordinate supplier technical team, Knowles R&D, engineering team to align t he part Specifications based on supplier manufacture process capability and Knowles requirement.
6) Monitor and analyze supplier in-coming Lot Acceptance Rate trends, supplier internal yield trends and drive continuous improvement at supplier side.
7) Regular on site meeting and teleconference with supplier side to follow up quality improvement program status.
8) Regular on site audit or a periodic execution audit to check supplier side quality control system compliance and corrective action effectiveness.

2. Job Specifications

1) Engineering Bachelor with Mechanical and/or Electrical major required
2) At least seven years working experience in Electronics or Semiconductor manufacture with foreign invested enterprise, PCB/PCBA, substrate PCB manufacturing experience are preferred.
3) Knowledge of QEHS system: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, internal auditor certificate is preferred.
4) Experience in quality, manufacturing or engineering. Quality experience is preferred.
5) Good communication skills
6) Fluent English in both oral & written.
