Position Requirements

- 机械制造专业，本科学历;
- 8年以上制造（机械加工）工艺工作经验;
- 熟练使用Solidworks、AutoCAD、MasterCAM等软件;
- CNC机床操作、刀具选用、Oracle软件；
- 具有很强的团队合作精神和积极主动性.


*Accountabilities

- 编制制造工艺文件,包括：加工工艺、CNC加工程序、工装及夹具、刀具等;
- 指导并协助员工完成CNC程序的调试;
- 合理配置加工设备、工装、刀具;
- 制订机加工相关的质量文件、作业指导书等，监控生产过程和质量;
- 分析并统计工时成本、刀具消耗，优化工装及刀具，审核现有的加工工艺，不断持续改进.
