职位描述
1. 接听销售垂询电话，协调课程安排事宜；
2. 建立客户资料集档案，设计销售报表，统计月度销售数据及指标完成情况；
3. 协助市场总监完善部门规章制度和操作流程与规范，做好销售的后台支持；
4. .负责公司销售合同及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作；
5. 部门行政事务，如费用报销、办公用品申请等；
6. 协助市场总监日常工作，完成上级交办的其他事务。
任职资格
1. 22-28岁，大专及以上学历，文秘，行政管理等管理类专业优先。
2. 一年以上销售或商务助理类工作经验优先；
3. 掌握 Word，Excel ，PPT等office办公软件，熟悉表格的制作方法。
4. 工作仔细认真、责任心强；
5. 优秀的沟通协调能力，良好的纪律性、团队协助作以及服务创新精神。
薪酬福利：
1. 9：00am-5：30pm，一周工作五天，周六日双休
2. 每年2-8天的专业培训，为期一周的新员工系统培训
3. 每年1-2次员工旅游，1年一次健康体检
4. 缴纳五险一金
5. 午餐津贴
