Getinge Infection Control is looking for an experienced EHS Officer to support the Suzhou Factory. The position is based in Suzhou Plant and reports directly to QA/RA Manager.

Job purpose:

- Ensure EHS compliance.

- Ensure continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of QMS and EMS.

- Measurement equipment calibration management.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1.Create, implement, maintain and improve Environmental Management System and ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. Identify environmental aspects and determine their impact on environment. Identify applicable legal requirements and determine how these requirements apply to environmental aspects. Establish, implement and maintain environmental objectives, targets and programs for achieving the objectives and targets. Monitor and measure the key characteristics of operations that can have a significant environmental impact.

2.Make plans for prevention and control of occupational diseases and programs for their implementation. Establish and improve the responsibility system for prevention and control of occupational diseases, the control system for occupational health and rules for its application. Set up and improve the system for monitoring and assessing the factors of occupational disease hazards. Make and improve preliminary plans for emergency rescue in accidents caused by occupational disease hazards. Report occupational disease hazards to the public health administration department for supervision.

3.Set up and improve the responsibility system for work safety. Make arrangements for formulating rules and operating regulations for work safety. Supervise over and inspect work safety, eliminate hidden dangers threatening work safety in a timely manner. Make arrangements for the formulation and implementation of rescue plans in the event of accidents. Submit to higher authority timely and truthful report on accidents due to lack of work safety.

4.Manage Documentation Control Center for QMS / EMS / Drawing / Technical files / DHRs / Calibration / External documents. Set up and update document master list; Retain original document and records; Distribute new / revised documents; Collect and dispose obsolete documents.

5.Manage company measurement equipment. Contact outside calibration agency to calibrate equipment or arrange internal calibration to ensure measurement equipment properly categorized and calibrated. Check internal measurement equipment calibration record and calibration status at a regular interval.

6.Assist QA/RA manager to create, implement, maintain and improve QMS. Follow QMS, EMS, Healthy and Safety training requirement when new or revised documents issued and ensure training effectiveness.

7.Leader internal audit and arrange external audit. Tracking status of internal audit findings and improvement actions during management review.

8.Other work assigned by QA / RA manager.

Requirements:
-College or university degree in Mechanical/Material/Electronic or Quality management.

-3 ~ 5 years experience with multinational companies in quality management area.

-Certified internal auditors of ISO14001&ISO13485.

-Good command of English and Mandarin.

-Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently under pressure

-A passion for quality/Teamwork spirit.
