ü Bachelor degree or above

ü Have rich experience in supplier auditing and management especial in supplier compliance. Familiar with internal & external auditing in supplier site

ü Have experience in commercial contract

ü About five-year relevant working experience in PCBA manufacturing company

ü Have experience in project management is preferred

ü Be familiar with supply chain process. Have knowledge of ISO 13485 FDA is plus

ü Good communication & presentation skills.

ü Logical thinking, good problem solving skill

ü Good self-management, good organization & planning skill

ü Fluent English both written and speaking

ü The position is no limited to previous working area

Responsibilities:

1.Management of the qualification, requalification and remediation of suppliers

• Reporting of progress against set KPIs of suppliers re-qualified
• Input and leader in cross functional groups such as Supplier Review Board and Sourcing council.
• Working with business areas to help them understand the requirements for qualification.

2.Additional Value added steps during requalification process

• Contract management and legal standing of suppliers checked during requalification.
• Links to appropriate CAPA documentation, for progress to closure
• Links to supplier issues into the appropriate forum and escalation of these if found during the process.

3.Supply Chain Strategy

• Represent Supply Chain and supplier strategy into the requalification process
• Highlight review of strategy if required based on outcomes and documentation of supplier review

4.SRB Support

• Support for documentation and presentation of these documents to SRB for appropriate sign off.

5.Supplier Checklist of Items to have on a Supplier File.

• All docs loaded in SRM have been reviewed for GDP and sense checked
• Components supplied and accurately marked as critical or not in JDE
• Supplier Contract
• JDE / SRM match and details match public records
• Quality docs are there and current including, ISO, Audit + review, summary of issues, SRB meeting minutes ref, Supplier performance review, signed quality statement, certificates of conformance examples, summary trending data.
• Legal ownership / organization ad docs to match the procurement route.
• Test results if required or justification statement on why we don’t need them (AQL etc)
• Data integrity in SRM, Contacts, Phone etc. update relevant information timely
• CAPA resolution and or links to RFC.
• Inspection records with 100% GDP
